2025 Borders Championship (Weekend Away).

For 2025 we ventured a little further south to the Harrogate area, playing Leeds Golf Centre and Rudding Park and stopping in Harrogate centre.

Round 1 - Leeds Golf Centre

Borders Championship round 1, Top 3 -

1) Dave Sanders (on ountback) with 37 points.

2) Bryan Mountford (on countback) with 37 points.

3) Rico Liverani (on countback) with 37 points.

 

Round 2 - Rudding Park Golf Club

Borders Championship round 2, Top 3 -

1) Jim Rooks with 35 points.

2) Ian Lawson with 34 points.

3) Mike Bennett (on countback) with 32 points

 

Borders Championship Final Top 3.

In 3rd place (on tie breaker) with a total of 65 points (33&32) was Mike Bennett.

In 2nd place (on tie breaker) with a total of 65 points (35&34) was Ian Lawson.

The winner and new Borders Champion for 2025, with a total score of 70 points (35&35) was Jim Rooks.
